We are excited to show off our newest update…. We’ve completely redesigned the Contact Detail Page to make it easier to actually work your contacts, not just store information.
A Few Highlights:
- Custom Contact Fields that can also be used as merge fields in contact and transaction emails
- Engagement Lifecycle to track where each contact is in your business development process
- File uploads directly on contact records
- Action oriented UX with efficient access to notes, calls, tasks, and emails
- View Custom Fields and Engagement Lifecycle information within the Contact Search Results page
