We’re excited to roll out the refreshed email compose page. It is designed to feel just like the editor you’re used to, but upgraded with cleaner visuals while adding smarter tools to help you move faster.

Here’s what’s new:

• Updated visual layout for a cleaner, easier-to-read screen
• Dual action buttons for Send and Send + Complete Task, plus options for scheduling emails
• One-click Bcc button for quick adding
• Type-to-search across your full contact database in the To/CC/Bcc fields
• Updated participant layout—transaction owners on the left, all other participants on the right
• Color-coded attachments: white = local files, blue = transaction files, grey = team files
• Merge field codes now include a small data preview
• Signature section is now separate from the email body for easier editing
